Pupil Voice

As a school, we believe that capturing the views and opinions of the children is extremely important.

Pupil voice sessions allow the children to influence decisions which affect them.

Please see below some of the discussions we have had this year and the impact this has had on school.

Question posed - Does having high levels of resilience make you a better learner?

Children's responses - "I think resilience is when you keep going and don't give up." (Y3)

"I am going to be resilient this week and keep going in Maths even though I find rounding difficult." (Y4)

"If you have resilience, you will always achieve." (Y6)

Impact on school - Following our session, all the adults in school have been looking for children showing high levels of resilience.
